Provided that Addl. Commissioners-I & II and III & IV shall exercise appellate jurisdiction vice versa during the leave period of the Addl. CSTs. Similarly, the Dy . Commissioners-I & II and III & IV and V & VI shall also exercise appellate jurisdictions vice versa during the leave period of any of the Dy. Commissioner.

Provided further that AC-I to AC-X shall exercise appellate jurisdiction as follows during the leave of any of the ACs:

AC-I of AC-II and vice versa

AC-III of AC-IV and vice versa

AC-V of AC-VI and vice versa

AC-VII of AC-VIII and vice versa

AC-IX of AC-X and vice versa

EXPLANATION : A 'Ward' referred to in this order comprises of an area of the National Capital Territory of Delhi as specified in order dated 14.5.1994.

Simultaneously, it is also ordered that the files at present pending with the respective authorities shall immediately be transferred to the concerned appellate authorities in accordance with this order.

This order shall come into force with immediate effect.
